Deep intake, intention-setting, and gentle mapping of your inner landscape

3 Integration Sessions – 60 minutes each

Somatic tracking, parts work, and journal reflection woven in gently

Costs to Know:
Consultation Fee: $150/hr. Everyone must complete this before agreeing.
Dieting with medicine Kit: $750 is solo kit, $660 is part of Journey Design. Certain medicines are an additional cost.

Dieting Mentorship (3–4 Month Journey)
This mentorship is an invitation to come into relationship with yourself—gently, intentionally, and with the support of nature-based allies.
Dieting, when held with presence and care, can open subtle yet profound shifts in awareness, resilience, and healing. Over several months, we’ll walk together through a rhythm of reflection, practice, and inner tending. This is not a one-size-fits-all program—it’s a living, breathing process shaped by your needs, your nervous system, and your inner voice.

After a 60 minute consultation, we start with a 60 minute intake session where we’ll explore your intentions, life context, current emotional landscape, and relationship to altered states. Together, we’ll co-create:
A personalized dieting rhythm and dosage range
Mindfulness practices tailored to your pace
Grounding rituals and resourcing tools for nervous system support
Clear intentions that will evolve over the course of our work
You’ll leave this session with a detailed plan, prompts for reflection, and a sense of rhythm that can grow with you.

This mentorship unfolds over several months, giving you time and space to explore your inner world with support. While each person’s path is unique, we move through a gentle rhythm together—building presence, clarity, and compassion along the way.
Each phase includes simple practices like dieting, mindfulness practices, activation, and conversation. You’ll never be pushed or rushed. This work meets you where you are.
Month 1: Grounding & Intention
We begin by creating a foundation. You’ll clarify your intentions, learn how to diet safely and effectively, and begin building a rhythm that supports your nervous system and life.

🪷 Practices: Breath awareness, intention journaling, light tracking of how you feel.Month 2: Presence & Awareness
As your practice deepens, we explore what it means to be fully present. You’ll start noticing patterns—emotional, physical, or mental—that may have gone unseen before.

🪷 Practices: Body scan meditation, journaling, reflection on what helps you stay present.Month 3: Self-Compassion & Integration
Here, we turn inward with kindness. You’ll learn how to soften toward yourself, notice self-critical patterns, and begin integrating the shifts and insights you’ve been experiencing.

🪷 Practices: Loving-kindness meditation, noticing inner voices, practicing gentler self-talk.Month 4: Closure & Forward Vision (optional or flexible)
If you continue into a fourth month, we’ll take time to honor what’s changed and explore what’s next. This may include ritual, visioning, or simply reflecting on what you’re taking with you.

You’ll meet with me regularly (typically every 2–3 weeks for 60 minutes) to:
Reflect on your experience and receive compassionate presence
Adjust your diet, rhythm, or practices as needed
Explore emotional, cognitive, or spiritual themes
Work with parts (IFS), somatic awareness, or creative tools as they arise

This mentorship isn’t about perfection or “doing it right.” It’s about remembering how to listen to yourself—gently, reverently, and with the support of a wise, natural rhythm. I’m not here to guide you from the front, but to walk beside you as you rediscover your own path.
